POD and Payment gateways joint venture

I would like to know whether it is possible to run POD business model using stripe, PayPal etc from someone else?

Some people said they had bought accounts and they got closed.
In POD business mode it's a big risk, if you don't have a fallback. Since, you have to deal with POD provider and customer.

Using such payment gateways from unsupported geolocation. I still couldn't find out which is better, JV with someone with legit account or buying account.
POD is risky because you have to handle customer and provider. So, it's not as simple as just loosing an account ...

Take a look at Stripe and PayPal reviews on internet, on this forum, on Reddit, on PlayStore, anywhere, and you will see how many normal people with legit businesses have been banned by those payment processors
