This means the card is still active, and if it has a balance, you can spend it. However, we cannot top it up until the maintenance is completed.

When the promotions end. They have done it deliberately to force us to buy a new card and spend between $30 and $50 again. They did it precisely on Black Friday when more purchases happen.
 
Hi, is there any update on whats going on with the service? No top ups and maintenance again

This is bad service. On boarding arround 2 weeks, 90% are on maintenance can't use.... 2/10
