Need help and some motivation

So basically, I need some motivation and help with how to get more paying customers for a new SEO tool. The company is only getting more customers availing the free plan. I am actually thinking if partnering with SEO agencies will be good, or a new strategy is needed.. (marketing strategies to social media and emails are currently being done)..

The tool is an all in one SEO tool which features a lot of services similar to Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO.. The tool also provides free plan and more customers are subscribing to it compared to the paid plans that the tool offer..
