If you meant what IP you use the actual website with where the hosting has been assigned to the domain, then it doesn't matter - they can only tell if you're on their website, beyond that, it's out of their control.

Yeah if you host it on a US IP, it's fine because that'll just show where the server is located, doesn't reflect on your local area at all.

can't get this to work. Using foxyproxy and uk proxies from the site above. After I re-enter my email and pass it gives me an error and the address bar says non uk order?

I created an UK-based email, signed up in that site, still with UK proxy, and got the same error Brotato got.
