corn? wheat? I don't understand the point of this ultra-protein focused lifestyle, asian people eat lots of rice and they are fine, living longer than those guys that goes to the gym everyday and eats 10 eggs per day
If you tell me to cut industrialized food, ultra processed food, I can understand, but cut seed oils? wheat? corn? soy? I don't get it, some of those were widely consumed for centuries
