TikTok has advanced detection methods to identify VPNs and proxies. If they detect that you're no longer using a proxy, they might restrict access or flag that account. Though you have the option to force disable TT account if not in use

I use Soax, attaching a sample screenshot of a Whitelisted IP filter.

Would recommend using a dedicated device with ShadowRocket installed. Make sure config is set to Proxy so all traffic is forced to go through the proxy and in case it ever fails, you can't connect to the Internet. This way you are assured that TT only ever sees the 4G Proxy. And rotating IPs are fine, that is natural for mobile connections as long as they are within the same city.

Changing the IP every 10-15 minutes is usually enough for TikTok to avoid detection. Switching too often might seem suspicious.

You can turn on the proxy when using TikTok and turn it off afterward for other apps. Once the app is closed, TikTok shouldn’t detect your real IP, but clearing cookies and cache can help with security.
