You can gamble it but the issue is you need a license or form of identification to actually pull out the money + to enable tipping on your account. Like what everyone said, your safest bet is to leave the country. Only other alternative is possibly becoming a Chaturbate model, using an instagram to get followers and somehow convincing them to paypal you.

I've thought about it but you'd be crossing into identity theft territory. You could try to check if you can just use the same ID multiple times/ try to fake an ID. Otherwise, you might have to actually you'd have to enter identity theft territory

Find an agency, they will be managing everything posting from 1'st tier country and you will be providing photo/video content for them.
They have no authority to demand any identification from you in a formal way, it's only for their own systems, so bypassing it is no crime, in contrast to banks or other gov facilities.

A man by the laws of his country has to pay taxes and so on, agency does not save from local law....
