You do know that you could also do a partnership by posting in the joint ventures (JV) section right? You can say that you have these facebook groups and ask for a partner who can monetise them with his/her offers.

You can request to pay for posts for the purpose of brand advertising, recruitment, etc. It also depends on what your group is about and the membership profile of your groups.
