Someone should gather all the information from the people who have been scammed by him and file a lawsuit. I have seen a few people already mention they have been scammed by him. Obviously he thinks he can hide behind his keyboard and just get away with it!

Yep I got scammed by him and some others on here. You really have to be careful how you buy stuff on any forum. always buy their small pakcages, buy multiple times if you like, you don't lose much if it turns out to be a scam. I paid this dude over a hundred dollars for backlinks, and he came up with all the excuses in the world and was ever so nice with his replies each time I complained on the forum. You have to give it to him. He is a super scammer.
Henceforth, I will only be buying the smallest package anyone is selling, and if it is a very popular service I am not interested, that is when they usually can't cope with the back log and start to see scam.

ok so he has a meezly $200 of mine, what is everyone doing? Let me know if anyone has gone the recovery route from paypal so i can get mine in. Paypal should get his account closed and cough up if we all do it, so let me know guys i.e Everyone saying you didnt receieve the cd he was meant to have sent etc??

Yup, it appears he laid a huge scam on as many people as could, bilked them and then jumped ship to be a super mod at one the competitor forums.
I can't help but think BHW is really going downhill lately, tons of scammers, methods being stolen, no new good methods, influx of noobs that can't even turn on a PC.

Actually if everyone does chargebacks on paypal it will be hard for him to remain credible with paypal. One guy files a dispute, paypal might find in the sellers favor. 50 people file disputes, they know something is wrong.
The problem though is that even when paypal finds in your favor they won't return the money if it isn't in the sellers account. I had to deal with that once. That's when it turns out for the best if you funded the transaction from your bank account, debit card, or credit card.
That's what happened to me once regarding a dispute on paypal. When I didn't get my money back from paypal, all it took was to call my bank and the bank put the money back in my account immediately. The bank doesn't have any problem taking the money back from paypal, and once they do that paypal becomes a lot more interested in pursuing the seller.

Greywolf it can only be done that way if you used a credit card through your paypal. Alot use instant bank transfer debit like myself as i dont use cc's.

if you have been scammed by this guy its quite easy to find his home address and tell his parents of his scams, it seems that he frequently scams people all over the place and has a serious power trip online.
If you have purchased from him no matter if he has filled it or not issue a refund and complain to paypal.
Good luck and dont let this guy get away with it. Hes quite easy to find and i will have a lawsuit against him

Actually I did mention that situations like this are when its best if you had funded with a debit card or credit card. Actually though the one time I had to do it the transaction had been funded by a bank transfer, the bank still dealt with it the same way. I usually fund larger transactions by cc though just in case. Like I said it's worth making a call to the bank if paypal doesn't refund the money. The worst the bank can do is say you're out of luck, best case scenario they will be able to help. It's always worth making the call in situations like that.
edit - It's also worth noting that my advice is simply about things that can be done when someone feels they've been scammed. I was planning to use Goober's service but hadn't needed it yet, so I don't have anything to say one way or the other about him personally.
