How many threads can you post/day at Threads?

There is no limit on posting on threads, but the character length is 500 words and the video is 5', it will be difficult for the platform to block your account.

No limit but I was warned and had my interactions reduced for posting 10 threads continuously in 6 minutes .-.

It really depends on your goals and needs. Personally, I post 1-2 times a week, but if you're aiming for consistent engagement, posting 2-3 times a day during peak hours is a productive strategy. Just make sure the content is relevant and engaging to avoid being flagged or suspended.

Depends of your account age. If it's new, keep it like 1 thread every 2h or so. After a couple of days, increase. If you see that the threads gets lower engagement, reduce again the frequency. If it's an old account, start warming up a bit then you can do 2-4 per hour, and keep testing till you find the sweet spot.

Not sure if anyone's limit-tested on Threads but according to their own website, 20 is the post limit or at least recommended max posts per day. Of course, a number of other factors could also play into it such as account age and etc. Best to keep those in mind.
