Stay Away From PluginKeys.com - Support Does Not Respond

I bought Rank Math Pro and WP Rocket from PluginKeys.com. Their support sent an email and asked for access to my website. They refused to send me the plugins to install myself. I gave them Admin access to my PROD website to install the plugins that broke my website. I had to recover from a backup to get my website back online. I requested they send me the plugins to test in a Stage environment, but to no avail. I asked them to try again in PROD—the 2nd time, the layout of my website got messed up. Once again, I had to restore the site from the backup.

Since this back-and-forth was taking too much time, as they were not prompt in replying, I asked them to either provide the plugins so that I could test them in Stage first or refund the payment. They have stopped responding to my emails. I guess I'll now have to open a dispute with the credit card.

How did you pay? Maybe start a dispute with the payment provider, unless if you went crypto.

BTW, I forgot to mention that I bought a 1yr license for WP Rocket and they installed a 5 month license and told me that they'll give me another license once that is expired...
