If you listen to him talk, you can know that. Also the best results come when you delegate something you understand and can do, making it easy for you to measure performance, and fire a non performer

I think Elon is a genius because only a genius can do such great things and then develop them.

There aren't enough hours humanly possible in a day for anyone to run the day-to-day at 4 mutli billion dollar companies plus be a top 20 Diablo 4 player (that's a lot of hours), and do all the PR and have 11 kids lol. He's a human not a robot. He's an executive decision-maker and most likely bounces around each company to check in and give insights on bigger projects.

He is involved in big decisions and technical stuff, but yeah he also trusts his teams to handle the rest. Sharing memes is just his way of having fun but that doesn’t mean he’s not working. He’s known for putting in crazy hours and focusing on what matters the most!
