eZoic Premium agreement

Hi,
i have 3 websites in a website agreement for ezoic.
Now i want to remove 1 website. (as the website is no longer available online)
I am surprised that it is asking to pay: 145 usd in order to modify the agreement
because of that my monthly payments are stalled.
any solutions you suggest please??
i have also voiced out in the ezoic community forum. but no solution

Cancel premium and leave Ezoic, it's a mess. By the way, do you still have the domain? You can keep it "online" without updating the posts, it shouldn't penalize you. The site just needs to be online and show their ads.

Oh, if i leave ezoic, where can i go for monetisation? only adsense?
