I have an original channel and I have been working on it for 4-5 months. Whenever I upload a video, it takes about 10-20 hours to get the views I want. Then, all of a sudden, the views stop. Has anyone had this problem before? I'm changing my question. Do you think this is a problem? Many people in the same category get millions of views. I can even say that there is very little competition in the category.

How old is account, and what is your channels feature eligibility level? Have you bought any services like views or links? Is channel bio or vids linking to a website? Any other info like how long has issue lasted and what did it used to be like?

Not judging, had similar issues on a channel recently. Sometimes its normal and can be a good sign and passes quickly because a loosening of restraints just happened, sometimes you get attacked by competitors, and other things happen to.

Considering your cahnnel is relatively new, this is normal.
Youtube pushes your videos for a bit and sees if there a reason to keep pushing them.
How's your CTR on those?

it happens with new accounts. Once I have started my new channel sometimes views stopped for the whole day and next day it boost to 100+ so don't worry its not problem at your end.

Yeah, I am facing same issues on my channel, Few videos goes immediately into suggestive feature but it takes time 2-3 days to get into browse feature, Maybe because I don't have so many subscribers base yet !

My channel was opened 6 months ago.
I never bought any views or links.
I uploaded 1 video every 3-5 days, my first video got +200 thousand views, the rest of the videos got views or stopped.

I hope it is as you said and I will gradually rise.

CTR average between 5-8

it happens with new accounts. Once I have started my new channel sometimes views stopped for the whole day and next day it boost to 100+ so don't worry its not problem at your end.

It is happening because the initial audience is not liking the content. That is why the views have dropped all of sudden because youtube stops showing to new audience anymore after this .

I have 2-3 competitors in my category, our content and titles are almost the same, but I think it's my turn now lol.

Maybe, but my view times are around 60-70%, people actually like my videos, I've even gone viral on platforms like TikTok lol.

Based on your answers, my best advice at this point to try to revive/improve it...

1. Verify that all 3 green checkmarks are there on your channels feauture eligibility, if not verify the account further.
2. Take any links out of bio and new vids descriptions or even old vids if there are not a ton of them.
3. Increase vid drop rate to 1 vid every 2 days. This is for a few reasons.
4. Make sure next vids are leaning toward more innocent side, less YMYL emphasis if there is any. For example tone down what is comtroversial, and make more positive/best practice.
5. Interact slowly bit by bit more with community, other vids in niche, comments, likes, etc.
6. Get some new traffic there by funneling from your other legit sources like other social media or embed in website. Try to cross-promote or get shoutout from others, email creators. Go old-school organic and take control like it was day 1.
7. Make post/poll on account, if you dont already add a comment pinned to top of each new video, then start.
8. Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, keywords, file titles and meta, contact info in descriotion, disclaimers if needed, intro, outro, anything else to freshen up.
9. Really be hard on yourself to improve and appear to be more legit, whitehat, out to help others and not gain for yourself through links, more interesting, more engaged with community and asset to YT, and concerned about their safety and wellbeing and security etc, and give them all the reasons to start promoting your content again.

it has 3 green approvals, I actually did most of what you said but I think it's because this channel is new so I think I'll increase the video frequency a little more and try different content, I'll send a message here to inform you again depending on the situation, thank you for your time and advice.

If all else fails, upload 1 short per day for a week, but yeah just be patient first for awhile. Good job on all your hard work so far.
