I got a free backlink from a German site for an honest review.

Ahrefs: DR29, traffic 15.5k
Semrush: AS13, traffic 16.3k

Domain has "de" extension, and the whole site is in German. The site is published via Cloudflare, with us in Europe being served by Cloudflare in Germany. The site is quite fast.

I wrote the article, so the article is spot on regarding my niche The best of all is that the link doesn't have a "no" or "do" follow tag, which is, IMHO, more natural than the "forcing" do-f0ll0w link tag.
