They barely get indexed, even if you force index them with some indexing service, they will get indexed after a short period of time,
The same stands for ranking, if you get 60% of them indexed, they will barely move the needle, even if they do, it will be for a short while as well,

Invest into building some decent links that will make you rank & last,
Genuine guest posts/niche-edits from outreaching, low-OBL/clean & well set-up PBNs, forum links etc...

Use a ping service like Ping-O-Matic or Pingler to notify search engines about those backlinks
