Someone took my SEO ranking spot.
When search on Google, the title and meta tags are written exactly the same.
When you click on the search results, you are taken to a different URL (it's like cloaking)
The URL displayed in Google search results does not work, and clicking it redirects to another domain.

I go to Google Search Console, I will see
"Page not indexed: Duplicate page, Google chose a different canonical than you"
I keep requesting indexing from Google, but I haven't received any response for a week now.
Is there a solution or someone who can help me? I can pay money. Please help me!

did you mean your url hacked and redirect it to another website?

if so then your following statement is contradictory.

My URL is working fine.


If my domain is A,
When I search on Google, I see domain B with the same title and meta tags as mine.

It seems that they have copied your SEO for their page and somehow tricked Google to de-index yours. This is scary.
I doubt Google will help until there are enough cases, but I hope you will get a solution earlier than that.

Sorry about that. Why don't you make a complaint on Google forum, you can get good advice from the community.

File a DMCA complaint to both Google & their hosting,
Get more authority, if both websites are exactly the same, it's mainly because he's/they're using links to boost theirs,
A good opportunity to boost your overall website off-page SEO & authority and have some protection against such spammers,

After all, it won't usually happen with the big brands for a good reason (at least for main pages), because they hold authority,
So, unless you're building XXXXs+ of links as they do (let's say you'll find a turnaround for the legal/hosting problems), you won't outrank them

so what my friend did was track down the site host provider contacting them and explain the situation in detail, until the host provider shut down and suspend the stealer site completely

I wanted to try something and i made a free website , i start adding some spam and fake news to try how the index was going And as joke i added “X.X.X its a cop!”
The referring X.X.X is the name of the artist i used , and the website indexed itself the post not me.
Now haha if you search at google for his name google will return … its a cop.

Then my website was taken down , but as a joke and for fun that worked great.
