Graphic Designer Looking For Coder! Or Someone w/ projects

I'm wondering if there is any coders out here who know how to throw a template together if the design is given to them? I know photoshop very well and can create sick designs weather its for a blog or for a normal website (not flash tho). and perhaps I can give it to the coder or who ever and they'll take it from there.

I don't want to do it 50/50 or whatever. I don't care how much the price is, all I want is $50 per project and you can keep the rest of whatever the price is. My turnaround is between 12-24 hrs, unlimited revisions, etc.

Hi Wiz, I'm not trying to argue with you, but this seems like the correct forum for what the OP is asking for. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding the rules of the Hire a Freelancer forum.

SpellZ seems to be looking for a coder who makes templates, in order to do the graphic design for them. So SpellZ is a graphic designer, and Xylee is a programmer. It might even be more appropriate in the JV forum since that's kind of what SpellZ is looking for, but it still doesn't seem out of line for the Hire a Freelancer subforum either.

According to hexalor's sticky thread WARNING: READ NOW or risk a perm ban, both graphics designers and programmers are both considered freelancers, so it seems like the Hire a Freelancer forum would be appropriate for this thread.

Writers are freelancers, graphic designers are freelancers, programmers are freelancers.

I was always under the impression that all the subforums in the Marketplace (Buy, Sell or Trade; Want to Buy; Buy/Sell Services; Hire a Freelancer) were considered BST forums, each with their own specific subset of guidelines.

Like I said, it's entirely possible that I'm just misunderstanding the rules of the Marketplace forums.
