How to start AI agency?

First of all, I would determine the direction of work. Perhaps one of the directions may be a marketing automation agency, for example. AI may be able to do this quite well. After that, study the competitors and take their work into account.

Innovation.. lol I myself wants to try it however it takes a lot of time and even cost money... Those are the cons... Pros are it's less the hassle compared to handling real models or content creator... Imma bout to give up on my dream OFM... got talented and hardworking chatters behind me, prob is we can't somehow find a perfect match as far as clients go... Smh really disappointing sometimes.

Jut look at a subset of people and then check a task that you think can be automated or is not currently efficiently automated

Both approaches have many advantages as well as many disadvantages. I think it is optimal to use the principle of reasonable sufficiency here and not to rely on them completely.

yes hi im actually doin OFM but so far been hit hard by the reality it ain't that easy.. now I'm stuck with chatters who depends on me and no client or model to work with..
