I have just simulated this and it works fine on my side.

I would suggest you uninstall the plugins and reinstall them and try again. Also make sure you are running on the latest version of Wordpress

Another plugin could be causing the conflict. I’ve seen similar issues and that was the cause of it. Do testing in a sandbox environment with all plugins off and see if that fixes issues and then test over and over as you turn on plugins one at a time.
