Acc blocked on Accsmarket.com

Hello so I bought some accs from accsmarket. They sent a download link of the accs bought on my email. When I click the link it takes me to their website and tells me to login my own details. When I do it says "account blocked" and it stops me from logging in to access my products bought. What could be the issue.

I had the exact same issue. I’ve been using them for quite a while and had a positive balance. I didn’t log in for a few months, and when I finally did, I was logged out after a few minutes of browsing. Now my account is blocked, and I’m still trying to figure out what happened! I’ve already sent two emails to their support team but haven’t received any response yet
