What do you think i should do to this website?

this is a website that i post really high quality content on, not english.
it has around 60 HQ Articles that are +1000 word including 3 to 5 professional high looking illustrations. the speed is 100%
we've been adding more articles it reached around 100, but they are really well targeted and matches the user intent and the search intent. We didn't do any link building but recently when i started focusing on it a bit i noticed these backlinks and i may be thinking that they are the reason for this sh**t.

99% of these backlinks are DF IMAGES, they are from spam sites and they are a loooot, i disavowed 90% of these links like 8 months ago but it's still the same they're still there.

Even my new articles takes much more to index than previous times.

i disabled images hotlinking so they couldn't do more of these links.

Do you think guys that i should update the domain and move on with the content (re-upload it) there.

Or do you think i should do a decent link building (knowing that the keywords im trying to rank for are easy with sh**t interface and ux websites ranking the first and mostly spammy backlinks)

I mean, it could be those links, there's a lot of them and if they are the only ones you have it's possible that they're the reason why you dropped even if google usually ignores low quality links (at least that's what everyone says, but with google's recent problems I think they might even encourage negative SEO to enjoy the chaos, these bastards are truly evil and only chase the profits at everyone's cost)...

I am curious about something though... when did you acquire all of these links and was it in one go, or gradually. You said you've tried to disavow them 8 months ago, but there was still this many 8 months ago, or only a few of them?

Because they were this many back then, then probably one of google's recent updates has hit you, but if these bad links increased in the recent months they could be the reason for your site's drop.

Send a disavow, change a bit the content, the theme, do a restyling a bit then do 301 redirect to new domain.
You will recover fast!

to be honest I don't know what you can do, try @jyciap11 method, sometimes these small changes work. Just don't 301 the site as it is right now because penalties go through 301s, so if you're going to use new domain it's worth taking the time to change your site a little bit first...

as of the screenshot above they were obtained over many months! starting from feb 2023 to like 2024 and it was over an article that ranked well, so i guess its a competitor or something like that.

so if you're going to use new domain it's worth taking the time to change your site a little bit first...

for this, i think if im going to change the domain, i will use a whole different branding (logo, domain). delete this current website and re upload the content to the other domain, and start my link building slowly, what do you think of this idea isn't it better than 301?

Nope, I don't think it's good strategy. Your new domain will be flagged as "duplicated content" domain. So no, I think it's better to avoid this.

google keeps track of everything, so they already have a record of your content stored somewhere and will be able to compare it to the new domain that the content will show up on and - along with the other info they have about you - they'll be able to put 1 and 1 together to obtain the 2 that's needed to put the penalty on the new site. That's why it's good to make the content unique before moving it to another domain.

But the good news is that you don't have to make it 100% unique, 50-60% should do it, and you can do it very easily with tools like Quilbot... or even use free tools like this:

I've tried this tool yesterday and it rewrote an entire paragraph to 100% uniqueness and it read perfectly, so give it a try if you can't afford Quilbot premium...

if you move to new domain it's definitely better to start link building slowly, and try to build links to multiple pages and using various anchors. It would also help if the pages (that get backlinks) also have some constant traffic beforehand, just to be extra safe.

No links, as the previously domain, but the previously received tons of negative seo backlinks.
I have around 1300 posts, 1200/1250 when I moved and the others in this months. New posts are indexed in a few hours usually after posted, so Google seems love my website (at the moment!!!)

I think you should build more links.

After deranking im thinking that it may not be worth it and since it has 0 backlinks i might consider changing the domain and building links again since i have no strong links to lose ‍
