Hey, I am running BH fb ads with cloaking and currently optimising for link clicks. It get's clicks but no sales.
Adding the pixel to my WH page wouldn't make sense as it's just for approval. I think adding it to my BH page would ban the account.

How do you go about working on pixel optimisation with cloaked BH ads?

Facebook is very strict about tracking and cloaking, so any attempt to hide the true destination of the ad can trigger their systems. Try using a legitimate bridge page with the FB pixel, track engagement, and avoid placing the pixel directly on the BH page to reduce the risk of account bans.

Link clicks = horrible quality.

Nearly never works out.

There are plenty of ways to cloak your pixel, you might also want to look into using the API, just adding the meta pixel to your white page isn't going to do much you will want to trigger a "Lead" or "Purchase".

BTW. even without cloaking or using the pixel running campaigns on Lead or Purchase will instantly provide much better quality traffic but in the end you will want to setup everything correctly.

I am an affiliate, so I don't actually get the lead info, I just send traffic to my comparison pages. You think that would work still?

Most networks these days allow you to pass your pixel ID through your subid which looks a something like this.

&sub3=YOURPIXELID&sub4=

some have it on sub6 etc, totally depends on the network.

Lots of networks have integrated these options as well as API with overflow.

And in the end, you can always place an HTML pixel on the network with a bit of JAVA that loads your safe page with your meta code after a lead/signup or purchase or whatsoever.

I think you need to look into postbacks, that's where that setup comes into place, so you don't need to put your pixel on your offer page.

Place the pixel on the prelander to track key events like Page View or Button Clicks. This ensures Facebook sees compliant activity without exposing the BH page. Once users interact with the prelander (e.g., click a button), redirect them to your BH page where the actual offer is hosted.

but all the events like FTD and CONV will not be registered at facebook, and will make optimization impossible, is there a way to upload conversions or FTDs offline without triggering compliance?

Try to customize the pixel using API then it should work and generate revenue
