Getting lower CPC with Facebook

I just started using Facebook PPC and so far it seems like the CPC is pretty high. I am paying like 89-99cents for a 3 dollar email submit. what can i do to lower the cpc down to like 50-60cents per click? does the cpc get higher the bigger the "estimated reach" or the smaller the reach the more expensive? So far for me this looks like it can be more expensive then adwords

Facebook will suggest a Bid Price and will always try to milk more cash from you.. If Suggested Bid is 90 Cent I never bid over 45 cent...

the bid price places your ad in line for display. the more you bid, the more the ad gets up. So i bid low if i want to run the offer over a few days. If im looking for a quick hit, Push the bid higher.

Very interesting. They approved an ad for an E-mail submit? Are you linking directly to the offer or do you have a landing/squeeze page?

directlinking...the hardpart is getting them to approve the copy
