I am using samsung note. I would like to setup proxy on my phone

Go play store or Apple store
Download app and connect any country ip

To set up a proxy on your Samsung Note, go to **Settings** > **Connections** > **Wi-Fi**. Tap on your connected network, select **Advanced**, set **Proxy** to **Manual**, and enter the proxy hostname and port. Save the settings and reconnect to the network.

I've wrote this article 1 yr ago, there's an Android recommendation there: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-what-are-mobile-proxies-and-how-can-you-make-10-000-month-in-2024-and-beyond.1548709/
This is helpful

You can either download an app thatll do it or go to your settings and input the proxy onto your wifi if you already have a list of proxy ips

Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, then tap and hold your connected Wi-Fi network. Select Manage Network Settings or Advanced, depending on your version, and scroll down to find the proxy settings. Choose Manual and enter your proxy IP and port.
If you’re using mobile data, you might need a third-party app like ProxyDroid or similar to configure it.

Do you want to use a proxy on your phone or set up a proxy server on your phone? If you want to use a mobile proxy as a server, you first need to root your phone.

OP got banned but f you stumble on this and is curious, there's a few ways for smartphones to use proxies. One is through direct application on the device's connection settings, good for rudimentary use. There's also 3rd party apps that let you do that. Want to keep it browser specific? Some browsers let you do that through their internal app settings or you could use an extension for it.
