I'm looking for some email providers who don't ask for phone verification and work with creating accounts on social media sites like discord, reddit, instagram, etc.
I'm promoting some OF models so I need to make a lot of accounts for them, so I'd appreciate any help.

I've tried protonmail, but my account got blocked by the automated abuse detection system.

Please let me know if there are any warm up periods for each of these providers. thanks.

Long-term/mid-term? If it is done correctly, Outlook doesn't require SMS for a long period. Protonmail if I'm not mistaken asks just for additional email.

Long term. I just checked the protonmail account and it's asking for either a recovery email or a phone number. Is it ok to give my personal email for it? I'm expecting to get many accounts banned and I don't want my personal email attached to these emails in case it will cause any issues with my personal email.

Also, I forgot to mention, I'm using a proxy and I want to know if the proxy ip's location affects whether the providers ask for phone verification or not.

You can set up an Outlook email, even if it's just for a short time, and easily link it to your ProtonMail account. If you ever find yourself needing that Outlook email, you can recover it through SMS.

You might want to try Tutanota or GMX, as they sometimes skip phone verification. Another option is to look into temporary email services or custom domain emails using hosting services. For large-scale operations, using rotating proxies and warming up accounts slowly can help avoid detection.
