Lets brainstorm

You could let the yahoo download page open in a new window and then use a javascript redirect after like 60 secs or sth on the main page.

And redirect them to another page asking to download firefox, then zango, then PPI followed by email/zip submit and possibly try and sell them something in the end :D

PS: Just updated my landing page a bit. Gonna see how that performs.

cold! This will be huge. hahaha! I am excited about this one man, and it can be virtually unlimited as far as income goes. How did you do it?

Where do I even sign up? I just signed up for a CJ account, now what?

You need to find "Yahoo" in get links and apply for the program. Not sure if you need to be approved before you can start using them.

Ahh, this? How do I even sign up for it though :/

Ha this is very genius and evil, but it makes money!!!!

Im not sure which CPA company is (not CJ), that offers a toolbar cpa that pays more than $1, I will look on my 40 network collection and get back to ya

Okay, I think I signed up, but am confused as to which toolbar to get? There's 5 of them, each costing different prices?

copeac pays $2.75 but im not sure if people will trust a toolbar from smily or zwinky or some other crap as easy as yahoo

mightybh,

what did you use to change your page? It looks very official now!

Just a notepad. Wrote the code myself really, used a few premade snippets.

Click tracking is to come some time tonight. :)

I have a bit of a dumb question. Once they download the toolbar is there anything actually on the site? I guess it doesn't really matter, just curious.

LOL....That was funny.

Great IDEA and thanks for the share! I have many ways of working this and I think I will use CL to drive traffic on this one too! LOL yes CL.

As far as where to spam your "see her naked pics here" links, check out OMG!, which is usually attached to Yahoo.com's celebrity stories. This yahoo's main story at the moment:

Miley's Fashion Mistake:
hxxp://omg.yahoo.com/photos/what-were-they-thinking/2153?nc

Not sure if you can post live links (doubt it), but I'm sure you'll come up with a way.

Edit: And considering that OMG! is owned by Yahoo!, it should work great with the Yahoo! toolbar ;)

I tried it and they allow html. However it looks like all my comment got deleted pretty much instantly.

Hmm, yeah mine was too, and all i posted was "clix". They must have the new/front page stories set to auto delete for a while. If you click the OMG homepage, there's plenty of other stories that are accepting comments:

For instance:
hxxp://omg.yahoo.com/news/mariah-carey-blasts-rocky-marriage-rumors/11197#comments

Then again, yahoo answers may be a better bet lol.

I was doing this w/ Yahoo Answers earlier, and it didn't take long for them to block my domain. I could still post answers, but anything containing the domain name resulted in an error.

I just pointed a different, unused domain I own to the site and started posting again.

:D

Are you talking about the 999 error or something along the lines? Its just stopping you from using bots etc.

Anyhow, I think I will be moving to other methods of driving traffic soon anyway. Already got myself a new domain.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was talking about.

I was posting manually, but I was being kind of lazy about it, so it must've looked to spammy. I only get that error when I post using one particular URL.
