Hi all,

I'm currently looking for a new ad network because I had a bad experience with Adsterra. They drastically reduced my eCPM from $1 to as low as $0.04 or $0.01, even though I was earning $30 a day in revenue. When I reached out to them about the issue, they ended up suspending and limiting my ad ID.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Adsterra? I'm looking for recommendations for other ad networks to try, as I no longer want to use Adsterra.

Some ad networks may reduce eCPM rates if the traffic sources or geographic regions of the audience don’t align with the advertisers' demand. It’s important to match your site’s traffic profile with a network that actively targets those regions or types of users to avoid significant revenue fluctuations.

Here is an update what I received from Adsterra.

Adsterra is similar to AdMob in that they have the authority to limit or suspend your account if they determine a violation of their Terms & Conditions. Even though all the traffic comes from real people and legitimate mobile devices, they've still decided to limit my account.

It's not about regions, they just limited my account and don't allowed me to register a new account too.

This is just abominable, I hope you can find a suitable platform
Still find a new one but not found yet.

What was your site? Sounds like your site didn't meet their standards

I previously used Adsterra in my mobile app after deciding to move away from AdMob. Unfortunately, Adsterra also suspended my account, similar to what happened with AdMob. If anyone can recommend another reliable ad network, I’d appreciate it. My app has a daily user base of 10K - 30K.

For each good review of AdsTerra there are other 50 bad reviews, lmao
