Yes, they can sue you. You will most likely get a Cease and Desist letter before they actually sue you unless you are using phished accounts, scamming people, spreading malware, clickjacking, etc. However, FB and other social networking sites have gotten judges to rule sending messages through their network violates the CAN SPAM Act, so I would be careful.

I'm a little confused, you are using PVAs but you also talk about decapcha. Why would you need decapcha if you have PVAs? I thought the whole point of a PVA was to avoid having to deal with capchas. Are there other reasons why you need PVAs for this?

I do not know how many times this is going to have to be said on this forum, but PVAs do not completely solve the captcha issue.

Then why bother with the PVAs at all? The only point of them is captcha anyway.

I'm a FaceWizard user and the software is great and I decided to expose my basics.l I am making about $20 a day on only 50 pvas and this is ok. This is small but will scale it up soon after I make a little more.
I want to start this thread for people that are not making money with facewizard and maybe we could help each other make alot more money.
So if your a beginner and or a pro. Lets help each other here. Especially pros pls help.

I'll start of with the basic:
Buy 10 private proxy for about 20$ total
buy 50 pva's
asign each proxy 5 pva's
Do page/group search in facewizard like i,the, an etc or what ever you think people use in the page/group title.
Now in the wall poster paste the page/group links into it. ( I recommend a least 300 pages/groups per 50 pva's because decaptcher is slow sometimes )
Put your message in the post using small urls like bit.ly . ( Use CPA offers like email submittion or downloads. People in fb likes talking and lazy to go other places so use them )
In the option menu use 7-15 seconds and 50 threads.
And press start.
This will take a while for about 1 hour

If you have something at similar basic or advance please post them here so we can help each other and make some money $$$.

Since most pages don't go viral I guess most of what came up was probably fairly small.

So I am wondering how big the minimum page size should be? I'm planning to try to night with 20,000 as the minimum. Anybody have any advice or input on this?

Go with big pages 100k+. The method basically works, but the decaptcher costs are the killer.

In general, 5 accounts per proxy is the rule. I've seen 7-10 accounts per proxy be successful but have not heard anything over that.

Facebook of course does recognize there are coffee shops, universities, and public wifi areas and when you talk about having 40+ accounts per one IP address, they must be classifying it as a open network.

When it comes to monetizing, I usually refer users to a fan page where I monetize it. My Fan Page suggestion acceptance rates range anywhere from 10-30% depending on the targeting and content of the page. This also abides more by Facebook's TOS taking leads from personal accounts to the fan pages

Indeed and Spud is a very reputable member here. I think you'll be banned before you know it.
It's a share forum for software/ebooks that are not created or related to any member of this community. That's how it works. You want Facewizard, Scrapebox, any other thing owned by a member of this community, you pay for it or you won't get it.

There are many other uses for PVAs rather than just to bypass captcha. One use is if you are going to create a fan page, you would want to create it on a PVA.

just got FW earlier this week. Curious what kind of value or effect on legitimacy(captachas) does having a .edu name (i.e being a part of a college network) have? Does anyone know if its similar to being a PVA?

Proxies may not help. I am using 50 pvas and proxies too, all my accounts got banned anyway. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, if someone can help I'd appreciate it.

I tried posting on fan pages and what not, but the problem I'm having is FW logs out and logs into accounts like every single action, then Facebook makes me enter in a captcha for "too many failed attempts of logging in", FW catches the captcha so I can enter it, but it doesn't work and I have to manually log into Facebook and do it myself, otherwise it's just constant errors.

I use squid proxies and pay 300.00 a month for 1 c-block ..They are pretty good,never had a problem with them.

You should maybe let spud--1 know about your experiences.
I would also prefer that FW stays logged in to an acct until it finishes everything.

What were you doing that got your accounts banned? Adding friends? Need more info.
