Big trouble with 2fa on meta

Hey guys, I’ve recently had an issue with Facebook profiles, I couldn’t manage to login to profile cause 2fa was not arriving, and after I logged in, same issue happened at BM level and I can’t go onto the bm cause I am getting an error while requesting 2fa, which says that I can’t request more at moment.
Opened chat to support and they said they are scalating, been a week and no news, can anyone help?

Did you check the information to receive the code is correct? I see on the image that the code is sent to SMS, check the phone number, and if it is correct but you still do not receive the code, it is due to the system, in this case you can not do anything but wait

Is that a bot answer? all the things you state are checked before this post, it’s some type of flag or smth, looking for someone experienced or an insider to help with this

Nope, same thing happened to some clients, so it’s not phone issue or cache issue like the other guy is saying

Have you linked your Facebook account to your authenticator? If you have linked it you can go there to get the 2fa code

You maybe wait for 1-2 days and try again. If you had continued your account would be disabled, chat support doesn’t work because it’s AI. It can’t help you in this case

I had the same issue. After not touching it for over two days, I logged back in and it was back to normal. It might be a system error.

i am having the same error. i have been waiting for it for a day and a half and still no response?

I experienced this problem too. When I tried it 24 hours later, the problem was solved. interesting.

The issue of 2FA not accepting code and getting error requesting additional code on Facebook usually happens when the system temporarily restricts verification requests. If the support department has escalated the issue without a response, you can try: Wait a few days, change device or network, use Recovery Codes

You should check the 2fa code again. Copy it in the correct format without spaces.
