Hi
I've just had a company suddenly drop my account, close it without warning. It's a bit like Skype, where if you don't use it in 90 days, they send you a warning and close your account and you lose your credit.
Except this company didn't send a warning, or any message. Just a simple we've closed your account and support won't respond to you.
I've been using part of their service for years, but this one part I don't use, and they shut it down on a technicality.
Anyways, I've asked them re-instate it. If they don't and drag their heels I want to make sure they can also waste their time.
What are some creative ways to make them run in circles sorting out stuff that just wastes time?
Nothing dodgy, just something that they takes time to resolve and causes an admin headache, etc.
E.g. reporting their domain as a spammer to multiple email providers causes a headache as they need to prove they haven't caused issues. I also want to report them to various regulators who will investigate them and ensure they're 100% compliant to whatever regulations they need to be compliant with. They're in the telecoms space so there's lot of regulation, they would need to meet.
Anyways, nothing drastic, just something that will keep them busy (but won't harm their business). If they're going to act in bad faith, at least they should have to work a bit harder.
If you've got an creative ideas I'd love to hear it.

Please note that this action is final, and there is no further support or contact available regarding this cancellation.
Thank you for your understanding,
Have a great day!
