I'd like to know if any of the black hat methods are like this.
Does anyone know the information?

There are lot of black hat methods available like keyword stuffing , cloaking , PBNs , page redirection hack , hidden links .

But not sure with indexing within 1 hour. However, if you follow the black hat technique properly , you can see the quick results.

High authority domain in your GSC account > create a 301 redirect from a page on the domain to the 3rd party url you want indexing > request indexing of the redirect url

This can get urls indexed in a timeframe of hours, but your domain has to be pretty damn well trusted in Google's eyes. Stability can also be an issue if the url doesn't have any backlinks pointing to it.

I think to index in 1 hour is impossible. But it's my opinion. If someone has a service like that he can definitely sell it for a boatload of money.

There is no options like that dude. You have to be patient for getting indexed. If you want your post to get index faster your site should be got very popular and a ton of traffic. There are lot's of indexing services available though but they don't work like too!

masking, hidden links, and keyword stuffing are the minimum basis of a black SEO

I'v heard of a method, send me 1 new link for testing if dont mind (I guess its edu parasite, right ?),
since I don't know if it works yet:)

As far as I know, indexing in 1hr is nearly impossible.
But you can speed things up by building links.
Just keep in mind, how fast it gets indexed depends on Google's algorithms.
I can do it in less than 1 hr but due to recent changes it takes a lot of resources.
