Any rotating residential proxy that supports mass emailing?

Most providers don't support SMTP mailing on their proxies for legal and security reasons.
If you really want proxies for mailing then go for SMTP servers for it.
Otherwise, Most providers allow web mailing services like Gmail, Outlook etc on their proxies you can try it.

My set up uses mass outlook accounts for mailing I don't use SMTPs, do you know proxies that supports such?

Okay then data center proxies or residential proxies are fine as well for such work.

You can do it with vps but managing a vps need a linux with networking admin skills.

This isn't the 2000s anymor ewhere basically everybody was directly connected to the Internet without a router. Direct proxy was the best ever 
Also, this isn't the 2010's anymore where backconnect proxies were still awesome
Even if the residential bot/proxy itself isn't port 25 blocked by the ISP, the botnet (sorry, the proxy supplier) blocks port 25 anyway. Also, residential IPs with 99% no rDNS or dynamic rDNS entry will be blocked by close to 99.99% of receiving servers.

You can do it if you are familar with linux enviorment then ask the chatgpt it will give you steps for it.

For mass emailing, you'll want to look into something that offers high trust and low detection rates. Mobile proxies are a good option since they tend to have a better reputation and rotation, which might help with deliverability.

I used to buy virgin media socks5 proxy as smtp until it suddenly stop working, i want to know if anyone still make use of the method or they have any better idea for socks5 that can be use for smtp.
