Email marketing providers like Mail250

I haven't mailed with Mail250 in months so I don't know if anything's changed. They were okay, a bit grey area, but the mail was delivered and got decent performance. Any recommendations for similar service with similar pricing? All data is legit.

What's the difference between something like Mail250 and Mailchimp? Are they more relaxed on limits? I have a list of 70,000 people I need a solution to send to them.

They are cold but i've tested my message/offer with around 2,000 emails and got no spam reports, some unsubscribes but tons of positive replies and over 40% open rate. mailchimp won't let me upload a list that size.

Yes, Mailchimp will kick you out if you don't provide DNA sample.

Mail250 basically was buying IP blocks from some big hosting company which allowed spamming. They literally got 20k IPs banned at one point. Anyway, I don't know how they operate now but Mail250 was blackhat before and probably is still relaxed.
