This plugin tells Google about all of your pages, and what pages it should index daily, etc.

Put the following:

Homepage daily, posts monthly, static / category weekly, current archive daily, older archive yearly, tag / author weekly

Question:
If I make a lot of posts per day /for example 500/, isn't it better to write not MONTLY, but DAILY or even HOURLY in the sitemap?

Yes, if you want to rank for that keyword then a domain with the keyword would be good.

Anxiety attacks and panic attacks belong in the health field.

Pharmacy would be more like drugs, cialis, viagra, penis englargement, etc.

I wouldn't go by how many keywords are in the domain.

I'd go by how many EXACT monthly searches it gets, and if it's less than 30,000 then I don't bother personally.

5 keywords should be good.
