You cannot reply in hire a freelancer or want to buy sub sections until you upgrade (but you can open threads there if you need to buy something or hire someone). Don’t pm someone trying to sell as well, because that will result in warning/infraction.

Once you upgrade, you can open a sales thread and also reply to the haf/wtb threads.

You can't sell or offer any commercial solutions outside the Marketplace. You need to be a Jr.VIP and then create your own BST.

It's prohibited yes. You can market your services on the marketplace once you become a Jr VIP. Also you can rent signatures like mine as a Jr VIP and that also helps with advertising in the forum here.
