UberSuggest: 2800 monthly searches with a low difficulty
SemRush: 800 monthly searches with a medium difficulty
Ahrefs: <100 monthly searches with a low difficulty

I´m not sure what to make of this.

From peronsal experience, I would expect the truth to be found somewhere between SemRush and UberSuggest, but I do not understand, why does these results vary so much? I understand that these tools offer estimates, but a factor by a factor of 28?

All these tools work on assumptions, though Ahrefs may have some actual site data if those sites are connected to it. If you still want to use UberSuggest, Semrush, and Ahrefs, it is a good idea to cross check the results in Google Keyword Planner. Google Trends can also help you gauge the keyword's popularity over time.

In my experience, in those cases, Ahrefs is always wrong and underestimating the kewyord

Thanks.

I´m currently doing all of this with no budget. I´ll look into Google keyword planner. Probably cross-checking all four is better than relying on one ?

Make sure you’re researching the same country, sounds obvious, I know, but it’s easy to overlook.

And yeah, free versions can be a bit hit-or-miss with accuracy, so if you’re using them, take the results with a grain of salt.

It’s kind of a 50/50 game with the free tools.

I always base my research on Google Keyword Planner. I believe it provides the most accurate numbers for search volume.

Any help is appreciated mate. I´m 99% sure I used the same country, but I will go back and double check it

All SEO apps use their own formulas to calculate traffic - only G knows the truth.
