I was given a trial balance to test this service, and here's my opinion.

Pros
It has a competitive pricing, and definitely good for resellers

Orders were well delivered, in some, over-delivered.

In a case of issues with an order, fund was refunded.


Cons
The UI of the site sucks imo - menu arrangement, color, text and font combination.

There was a YouTube comment order I received likes instead of 6 comments. I got one comment which was my YouTube link, I think there should be text here.

While making an order, and using the bulk url submission, the order quantity keeps changing and the amount required increases without changing the quantity.


Final say

Good price point, and nice service.

Navigation should be worked on.

No, it is not being resolved. It is ongoing. I paid USD30 for watch time, but you only provided me with less than 50% views of the order. The conversation is so slow. I am not sure why, but it seems like you are slowing down the resolution period.

There have been many on-going youtube updates recently which have unfortunately caused complications for some orders that come our way.
