Any way to find 0 score proxy?

This is not true, some residential proxies are shared between many people. If one person does something with the proxy that increases the fraud score, then the next person who uses the proxy will also have that score.

Unfortunately most static proxies can become tainted and suffer from poor IP score if used for spam etc by other users simultaneously or even recently in the past. The only real way to find out how clean an IP range is from any given provider is to test it yourself. Fortunately there's tons of providers on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!

Finding a proxy with a clean IP is such a pain, I always end up with at least 65% risk... I’ll check out the options you guys are sharing!

It will be difficult because the proxies of the providers have been used by many people, so the possibility of 0 ipscore is very low.

The combination of Scamalytics.com and IPQualityscore.com is a good place to start. Whilst all scores should be taken with a grain of salt, 0 or low scores on both of those will give a reasonably good indication that you've got a clean IP.

Absolutely possible, although not sure if it'll stay exactly 0 for too long. Then again, even when using mobile proxies, getting an IP score that goes over the normal levels is as rare as it gets (but yeah, still happens).
