Unlimited ISP proxy with 0 fraud score. Just DM the seller to make sure he can guarantee you 0 fraud score proxy before purchasing.
Abosulty wrongIf an IP is used by many people, the quality will naturally be low.
Are you sure and it must me static?Using residential proxy, ipscore always = 0
This is not true, some residential proxies are shared between many people. If one person does something with the proxy that increases the fraud score, then the next person who uses the proxy will also have that score.Using residential proxy, ipscore always = 0

So far I experienced that proxies have a 0 fraud score on one checker site and very high scores on another. So what platform you recommend for the test?Unfortunately most static proxies can become tainted and suffer from poor IP score if used for spam etc by other users simultaneously or even recently in the past. The only real way to find out how clean an IP range is from any given provider is to test it yourself. Fortunately there's tons of providers on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!
