Is this Gradient Network Airdrop legal or just a scam? I actually tried the Grass Airdrop, but at the end of the listing period, my wallet wasn’t eligible. So, I think it was just a scam.

Grass was not scam. You might have become ineligible because of number of reasons. Like you did not follow their instructions properly. Or you tried to create multiple accounts to earn more and they caught you.

Read the reviews. But still 60-70% of airdrops are scams. They are trying to get promotion for free. But when they do not pay, they get lot of negative publicity as well.
