Look at the SERPs for any moderately competitive YMYL keywords and you're certain to see some sort of parasite strategy going on. Sorry, I meant site reputation abuse of course...

how can i rank my parasite to rank after index, i have try using indexing tool most of them got index but don't rank and my competitor are ranking using it

Are your competitors ranking for the same keywords you're targeting? If they are, ranking is going to be much harder, as if the parasite is already ranking for a keyword it's doubtful Google will display an additional page from the same domain in the SERPs.
