Are these all going to yield the same results when trying to automate or not?

Is an antidetect browser on desktop that is set to display itself as Android or iOS and that is combined with mobile proxies going to be treated exactly the same as a real mobile device with the real app is, or not? Why or why not? If using antidetect browsers on desktops with mobile proxies, would it be best to set it to display itself as being a desktop browser INSTEAD of displaying itself as a mobile device OS?

Is an automation program that uses "Mobile Web Browser Emulation" that is used with mobile proxies going to work at all better than API mode?
 
There are lot of difference between mobile and desktop chrome. But still They pass and works well, because detection system really not so strict in every case.

Proxies TCP fingerprint most of the time are linux, even real device also due to wifi/modem. So it’s not very strict but still some company support to modify, but realy costly they are.

Mobile emulation through using CDP still detectable. but as i said all case depends on your case.


So do trial 2-3 time, if works it works.

I am in the same shoes as you right now and I have been pondering about these questions. Using a browser on Android ( for example ) instead of the app is already a sign that something is fishy. They will not outright ban you, but surely they will put your account under heavy scrutiny.

The problem is how they pose as Android or iOS. The user agent string isn't enough. Canvas, WebRTC and other obscure features can unmask them. And more tricks are added every day on both sides of the fence.

If you can, just use an emulator or a real device with the clone functionality or even better something like Xposed + spoofing module or cloneapp that make it possible to spoof important variables used for fingerprinting.

Indeed it is possible and I have listed some naive solutions. By consider that there companies selling those services and they aren't cheap!!! It means that a lot of moving parts need to be manipulated in order to look legit.

The good part is that if you can do it, you can just use an emulator, even qemu, to have virtually infinite instances of virtual mobile devices.

Imho for antidetect browsers it is better not fake too much. You can show yourself as a mobile device, but if the common access pattern of instagram is through the app, accessing it with a browser on mobile looks strange. Instead the common access pattern on PC is to use a browser!! So the choice is easy.

By API mode do you mean using instagram apis?
 
All of them are having their own pros and cons. But I prefer the "Actual Real Mobile Device", coz its cons are only not easy to use. or more labour. But safety wise they're the best, in my opinion, so I prefer them. As I don't mind putting in the hard work.

interesting point...I was readying on your website and I have been intrigued by "9 devices (Upto 100 accounts)"...does this mean you are using some sort of virtualization/clone functionality on the smartphones?
 
I have mobile modem routers with different sim cards. I use gologin. not the same.
Need to have mobile browser emulation.

For instagram, the need to use anti-detect browsers is useless, no?
 
However way you go about the anti-detect browser, you'll want to seriously reconsider using emulators. Unless you've cracked a workable configuration, you're better off staying clear of those.

tested this direction, it is better to pour from real devices their videos and content in instagram, then it will give better indicators

Antidetect browsers with mobile proxies usually work as good as the real stuff or even better. Instagram is not so strict in its methods of discovering which is what.

What about buying eSIMs and using them in combination with IoT boards and an emulator?
 
I think that's the best solution or get a bunch of USB cables and a bunch of phones and stick some SIM cards in there old school
