How many emails per day should I send?

I cleaned my list of over 100K and ended up with over 80K. This list is from advertising. I don't want to buy an expensive, aged domain.

If I do buy an aged domain, how old does it have to be to send out more e-mails? What should I look for when buying an aged domain?

If I use a new domain, how many emails should I send out per day?

I was planning to use Constant Contact since they have a free trial to see if I will get open rates and use WordPress.

choose an aged domain at least 1–2 years old with a clean history but if using a new domain start with 250– 350 emails per day and gradually increase to maintain deliverability

I would start slow then build up from there to warm up your domain. If you are trying to build a business on free trials I would encourage your to pay for a month and slowly increase your sends over time.
