What is the issue and how can I fix it?

This issue arrives due to video link you're using doesn’t lead to a standalone video watch page, or the URL format may be incorrect or it may be not properly indexed.

What do you mean by a standalone video watch page? I have added videos between paragraphs of my articles.

It is a dedicated page with a unique URL for viewing a specific video, separate from embedded videos in articles.

A dedicated watch page is a must for proper indexing of your videos. You can see more details of the watch page on following reference - https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/video#watch-page
In simple terms, it is a dedicated page that displays primarily that video whenever opened. Example is your Youtube Video URL, when you open it always show that video. Video can be embedded on other blogs or pages too but for indexing there should be a dedicated watch page for each video.
