Hey man, i'm actually in the same boat as you. This is honestly a tough one. I was considering rotating ips to avoid device fingerprinting. I think TLDs affect this a lot.

It it is a WordPress based website, use a tool called Sucuri Site Check (free website malware and security checker) , which scans the publicly accessible portions of your website and you will know any plugin(s) in which malware might be hiding.
Checking Google Search Console will also give you additional insights.
Ofcourse, ensure your website has SSL certificate.
Request a review from Google (via Google Search Console) to review your website and remove it from the Safe Browsing blacklist.
