2) how much does it cost?
3) which RDs link to this domain, and how good are those links? And are they still live?
4) what niche(s) has the domain been used with before?
5) has it ever been dropped? If yes, how many times and for how long?
These are the questions we should be getting answers to, not how many backlinks the domain has and what's its DR (although, these numbers help too, just not enough
)

It would be good for you if you look at what they have been used for before, if they have not been used on banned sites and have not been banned from anywhere, you can get it, but as I said, you should research the history of domains well.

You need to know what the backlinks are. It's easy to game SEO metrics with garbage links that are worthless.
