As you said you are testing various providers do let us know about others and which one you seems working for you. The static residential prices are going above the roof and not much credible providers IMO.

If an IP is used by too many people, the score will naturally be bad, but you should not focus on the quality score, but on your purpose. As long as the IP can meet your purpose, it's fine.

There is many sellers in marketplace that can provide you with 0 fraud score guaranteed.

Yeah, Iproyal proxies are all abused at this point. I’ve tested almost 12 providers so far trying to find a better one lol. It’s getting harder to get clean IPs that aren’t flagged.

Try to use proxycake.com. They also have live chat support that can cover your questions.

The fraud value is going to increase if the static ip is used for a long time. The only solution is to not use the ip for a while, preferably two or three months, and then go back to using it again and the score will go down. But this will be costly.

Thank you. I am looking for an actual US static IP, but the ones I've got appear as BUSINESS rather than residential
