There is no actual way to do it. It can only be possible if you use a screen recording on your computer and you select the specific area you want to record and save & use it as video.

maybe screen recording, or something like IDM, but I am afraid it cant catch the link source. the best way for me is to make your own instead of copying someone ads.

turn off adblock / site protection, go to inspection, network tab, reload page, sort by th file size (video add will be one of the biggest file), find the video link, copy it, dowload with yt-dlp
