I have generated over $650 in just 2 months with this automated lead gen website. before this, I haven't done any Lead gen website so its kinda experiment and now I want to scale it. currently I am building 100 websites to dominate.

few months ago, while researching local keywords for lead-generation websites, I noticed a strategy that caught my attention. A few savvy players used subdomains to rank city-specific keywords like “plumber in the city, " but they did it at the bulk level. I realized this could be a prime opportunity for automated local lead generation—if I could scale it up.

I noticed there is some pattern on all those websites, after figuring out, they are using some scripts to generate that massive sub domains with content.

The challenge? There wasn’t any out-of-the-box solution to create and manage subdomains at this scale. So, I decided to develop my own script to automate the entire process.

The Solution: My Custom Subdomain Automation Script

With my script, I could set up a complete lead gen website with hundreds of city-specific subdomains in just 30 mins. Here’s how I did it step-by-step:

  1. Finding the Expired Domain:
Using Expireddomains.net, I found an ideal expired domain with some authority relevant to my target niche. An authoritative expired domain would help accelerate indexing and boost initial rankings.
  2. Setting Up the Domain:
After purchasing the domain, I connected it to Cloudflare for DNS management and added it to my server. This setup ensured I could scale the site to handle thousands of automated subdomains.
  3. Launching the Subdomains:
With my script, I launched thousands of city-specific subdomains . The script took care of everything—from creating the subdomains to automatically generating unique, SEO-optimized content for each one.
  4. Submitting to Google Search Console (GSC):
I added the site to GSC, pinged the URLs to speed up indexing, and tracked the indexing status. Within days, over 30,000 URLs were indexed by Google, giving my site a solid foundation across multiple local search terms.

Results: Traffic, Impressions, and Revenue

As soon as the URLs were indexed, traffic started rolling in. Here’s a breakdown of the results:

  • Traffic and Impressions: GSC showed steady growth in impressions and clicks across the city-specific subdomains. Local search terms were generating organic traffic quickly.

  • Revenue: With the targeted leads coming in, I was able to monetize through my lead generation partner, LeadSmart. I generated over $650 in revenue from these leads in just 2 months.

I am looking for any suggestions to improve the CTR and more page 1 rankings, and most importantly how you guys are building links on Lead gen websites.

Thank you guys, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

But i am still confused how you are selling these leads or making money from these leads. Leadsmart I searched for is something else. Can you help with the proper website? Also, seems like you are on the roll. Great job. Feels more like programmatic seo thing but if it works its really great.

this is the website leadsmartinc(.)com and i am selling calls to them

nice thread, what is your content strategy?
all the content is via chatgpt on google sheet

so pay per call works. that is good to know

Nice job. I find Leadsmart a bit complicated to work with.

If your doing lots of sub-domains targeting different cities how do you manage telephone numbers for the lead tracking?. I mean do you just use one number for all the calls?
