TikTok livestream getting no views

hey guys,

I made an automated tiktok livestream that replies to comments and says things (basically interacts with audience). I am streaming it directly through tiktok studio. It's a splitscreen, with gameplay on the bottom and the girl replying to people on top. Rn, when she doesn't' reply, she's a still image.

My account has 10k real followers, who are engaged on my actual posts. but when i go live with this livestream, i get 1-2 viewers max. If i go live through my phone i'll at least get 15+. Has anyone ever done automated livestreams successfully and can point out something I may be doing wrong? Thank you!
